A free seminar about careers in the exciting field of audio/visual technology will be offered to teens and adults on Thursday, October 17th, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Project Self-Sufficiency. Clear Channel Director of Operations Gary Cee will be joined by Freelance Technical Director Tony Salerno, and Tony Selimo, Executive Director of Media Services, Distance Education and EDTV20 at Sussex County Community College for a discussion of the background, education requirements, and the tasks that accompany their unique professions. Questions from the audience will be welcome. “Becoming You: Audio/Visual Technology Careers” will touch on careers in radio, technical production, trade show presentations, television, and other media services. The seminar is free and open to teens and adults, but registration is required. Interested participants are encouraged to call 973-940-3500 to register.
