A free seminar about careers in the automotive industry will be offered to teens and adults on Thursday, September 26th, from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. at Project Self-Sufficiency. Representatives from Intercar Mercedes Benz, Sussex Honda, Toyota World of Newton and Hinkley Auto Sales will be on hand for a lively discussion of the background, education requirements, and the tasks that accompany their unique professions. Questions from the audience will be welcome. “Becoming You: Automotive Careers” will touch on all aspects of working with automobiles, from service and repair to sales to management of multiple dealerships. The seminar is free and open to teens and adults, but registration is required. Interested participants are encouraged to call 973-940-3500 to register. Project Self-Sufficiency is located at 127 Mill Street in Newton.
